inexpensive and you can pick it up anywhere. One of the most important thing you really need to know about plastic wrap is that if you struggle a lot in it, you could over heat! That is right, OVER HEAT and make you pass out. So either have some fans in the room or have your partner give you some water through a straw when you get very hot. Always want to be very safe than sorry.
